Biography

Nadia Czesky (she/her/hers) currently serves as the Multicultural Affairs Manager in the Office of Inclusive Learning & Engagement. She is responsible for the leadership and oversight for the Multicultural Centers as well as the management of the nine faculty/staff diversity committees and alliances. Nadia serves as a critical member at CSN to ensure consistency and quality of diversity programs between campuses which measurably and effectively contribute to the college's strategic goals.

Nadia is committed to collaborating with faculty, staff, students and the community to create intentional programs and sustainable services that ensures retention, development, empowerment, and success. She brings over 15 years of progressive higher education experience and has a passion for diversity, inclusion, and social justice. Nadia is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Public Policy at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, holds a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from New Mexico State University, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
